Please contact the company regarding availability and delivery/pickup/return options.
Note on deliveries: Arrangements for delivery, pickup, and return of mobility rentals to your hotel must be made directly with the rental company. It is recommended you check with the AdeptiCon Registration to see if your badge has been turned in to Lost and Found. AdeptiCon assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or forgotten materials. AdeptiCon is not responsible for items lost in the mail (via the U.S. Postal Service) or items marked “delivered” by the USPS tracking system. Any returned mail will be available for pickup at AdeptiCon Registration on-site. All is not lost however! In the event you do lose your badge, you can always use your identification as a means to check into an event.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
There will be NO CASH REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES onsite. AdeptiCon cannot be responsible for travel, attendance or event issues caused by an Act of God(s), including, but not limited to, war, illness, strike, act of terrorism, severe weather, pandemics, or natural disasters.
See the Refund Policy for more details.
LOST AND FOUND
There will be a lost and found box at the Registration Desk. We will do our best to reunite you with any lost items or armies, but we cannot be responsible for items left unsupervised.
CARE OF TERRAIN AND THE CONVENTION CENTER
AdeptiCon volunteers have invested an incredible amount of time and effort to provide you with quality gaming terrain. Please treat the terrain with the utmost care throughout the weekend. If accidental damage does occur to a piece of terrain, please notify an event judge so the piece can be flagged for repair.
Please, please, please pick up after yourself. Leaving trash on and under tables makes for an unpleasant environment for everyone and greatly prolongs the hall cleanup at the end of the day.
